PIGS HEADS AND TROTTERS

April 2, 2018

Pigs heads are used on a table decorated for an evening ceremony to bring in the New Year at Wat Chedi Luang in Chiang Mai. A tradition from central Thailand, the head and trotters of a pig are the central gift in ceremonies to propitiate the gods.
